        魏强理学博士,博士生导师,中国药科大学原创药物研究院教授,国家级重大人才工程A类青年项目入选者,江苏省产业技术研究院 “集萃研究员2013年至2021年在美国范德堡大学医学中心工作,从事人类遗传学(GWAS)、肿瘤异质性(ITH)和药物重定位等研究工作。先后在Annals of OncologyNature neuroscienceBriefings in Bioinformatics等国际一流杂志发表SCI论文44篇,累计IF 275,获得同行引用超1000次,H-index17。其中以第一作者在 IF 32.9  Annals of Oncology 期刊发表结直肠癌重磅研究,该研究对于结直肠癌转移发生的机理和临床预防与治疗有重要的指导意义,多次被NatureScience等期刊引用。受邀担任Briefings in BioinformaticsBioinformatics等多个国际学术期刊审稿人。



主要研究方向

(1) 计算机辅助药物筛选:基于遗传学信息(GWAS loci)定位潜在致病基因,并建立遗传疾病特异性的全基因关系网络,通过表达谱数据筛选候选药物。
 (2)
肿瘤ctDNA早筛:使用贝叶斯模型和隐马模型,并整合肿瘤多组学数据来检测早期癌症病人。
